Applying Professional Kanban

In this two-day Kanban certification class, participants will learn to apply the principles of flow to their processes for better predictability, effectiveness, and even fun.  This very practical training includes hands-on exercises that introduce steps for setting up and maintaining a Kanban system for continuous value delivery and continuous improvement. This is a ProKanban.org course and delivered by approved trainers.

In today’s always-on and complex environment, what is needed is a clear set of practices that do not get in the way, but instead provide structure to keep everyone aligned and focused. Kanban is a modern way to manage the delivery of value to customers. 

This course will show participants how to apply Kanban flow principles to improve team effectiveness.
